1. Are my contacts in yet?
Typically non-specialty contacts are ready to be picked up within 48 hours after ordering. Specialty lenses or made-to-order lenses could take up to two weeks; however, you will receive a call from our office when your contacts arrive. If a year's supply has been ordered, they can be shipped from the manufacturer directly to your home at no additional charge.

Are my glasses ready?
Typically you are given a time frame when your glasses are ordered. You will receive a call from our office when they come in.

2. When am I due for my next appointment?
After a routine eye exam, each patient is placed on a one-year recall list. The office sends out recall reminder cards approximately one month before you are due for your next appointment.

3. What are your hours of ope ration?

5. How long is my appointment?
Contact lens and Eye examination appointments are 30 minutes. Follow-up appointments are 15 minutes.

7. I have an emergency; will I be able to see a doctor right away?
Emergency appointments are available every day for emergency patients only.

8. Do I need to make an appointment to pick up or pick out glasses?
No, you can come in without an appointment and one of our opticians will help you.
